Govt. Issue Vehicle Seat Back. New, white metal with black cushion like you would see in armored vehicles. The front of the seat back is approx. 13 in. wide and 7 1/2 in. tall. The mounting bracket is approx. 2 1/2 in. wide and sticks out about 1 1/2 in. from the back. The mounting bracket has one whole on each side with a diameter approx. 1/2 in. FSN #2540-00-053-1172
