Not Bad
I bought it strictly for the straps and hardware. It was cheap so I thought it would be a good route to go instead of buying individual straps and tensioners. It worked well for what I needed but it was a lot of work to get the straps off.

Parachute harness
Good deal for $10, good amount of rust and patina on the buckles. Curious on how it actually works, but I'll just scrap the straps and buckles for a project.
