3 pack milsurp .50 cal ammo cans, Grade 2
Advertised as Grade 2 and pretty close to it. Interiors were all pretty clean and all were rust-free. A little bit of sand in them, but that is not unexpected. Seals were intact. Surface rust only on two of the three. Wiped these two down with an oily rag and used as is. Deeper rust (and more of it) with more pitting than I would have liked on the third, especially around the handle and handle attachment points as well as the hinge. Took a Dremel with a wire wheel to it. With some work, cleaned up fairly well, but again the pitting was deeper than I wanted. Primed and painted flat black and it looks ok. Definitely usable. Overall, I am satisfied and will be coming back for more, if the price is as good. Lost one star on the third one due to the extra work it needed.
