Has DriFire marking inside neck rear, so I assume this to be actual DriFire. A little smelly on receipt but washed it once and then ok. No special care, that is good. Soft enough (not as soft as polypro, but I am sensitive to itchy/scratchy fabrics and this is fine - I can wear it all day with no problems). Does not seem to retain odors. Lightweight enough for summer wear. Color is light so does show dirt/etc. - but so far that washes out.
