Exactly what I was looking for. All cotton. Not your typical long drawers. Button closure and tie back waist. Picture doesn't do them justice.

100% Cotton Men's Drawers Medium - Surplus New
I am 5'11", 34W. these fit good with drawstring cinched up. Legs didn't shrink up to my calves, like most cotton, still ankle length after multiple washings. will order more. Great for cold weather weather.
