The ammo can is as advertised. The inside of the can is in perfect condition and the weather tight seal is in perfect condition as well. You can sand and repaint the exterior of the can, but that’s all the work you can do. Great product and I would buy again.

I ordered several cans earlier this year. They shipped quickly, and are lower priced and in better condition than I've found elsewhere. The seals are still good, so they'll keep your ammo dry with the help of some silica packets. The 50 caliber cans are the perfect size to fit a dozen of the Federal .22LR 325 or Winchester .22LR 333 boxes. Also, they're good for stacking and storing other calibers and shells. I found myself needing some more cans, so I ordered a half-dozen more from Army Surplus Warehouse
Just purchased 2 cans and they arrived in a couple 3 days. I hit mine with a light rubbing compound with my dual action orbit buffer. Took these grade 2 cans to a grade 1.5. very pleased with purchase. Seals are soft and pliable.
Ordered 12, they came well packaged and in good shape. A little rust as advised and expected, but I am going to burn the paint off and repaint them anyway. Good price, fast shipping. Would not hesitate to order from Army Surplus Warehouse again.
