7.62mm ammo box, 7.62mm. Water tight, great for geocaching, storage containers, etc., 7.62mm ammo box measures about 7 in. x 3 ½ in. x 10 in. Used good condition complete with gaskets, etc.
NOTE: These cans may have different stenciling other than 7.62mm or 30cal on the side for example 12 guage but is the exact same can, same size just different stenciling used by the military for organization purposes.

Received what was described
Functionally the cans are solid. Rubber gasket was in good shape and seems to seal well. Just be aware that both cans had surface rust present, but DID have the original painted letters designating what was previously stowed inside(cool). Wouldnt hurt to be prepared to sand/paint if ascetic rust peeves you. Shipping was fast and overall satisfied with purchase!

7.62 ammo can
Very pleased with this item. Only a few surface rust spots that will sand out quite easily for a respray (if I even bother). Rubber gasket seals very well. Perfect for safe LiPo battery storage for my RC planes.
