The entree is ready in just 10 minutes by using self-heating unit (MRE heater).  Low Sodium meals.  An MRE can be eaten cold right out of the pouch, but they always taste better hot, so these meals come with a flameless heater for each entree. These convenient heaters only require a tablespoon of water, which produces enough heat to warm your MRE in a matter of minutes without having to light a stove. These have always been stored in climate approved storage for freshness. You are getting one case of 12 meals which is 2 of each type of meal in the case.
