Load Binders have aluminum body with steel handle and hooks. Handle and body have a hole for safety pin or wire. These are nice to use with chain for hauling small tractors or machinery, etc. We have sold a lot of these to farmers for closing gates. They drill a hole through the side of the hook on one end and then bolt it to the fence post, then hook the other end to the post on the gate to pull it tight. Brand new. Government Issue.
