These are British suits based on the Mk.IV, based on the label these were contracted for the USMC. The Marines didn't have enough Chem gear going into the Gulf War and US manufacturing was busy making stuff for the Army so they contracted with the British, these were the result. I think very few were delivered in time for the war however. I ordered three suits, all three were fabric dated October 1990, packed September 1991. The vacuum seal was good on all of them and none show signs of wear. The charcoal lining is in excellent condition. As with all British suits the outer fabric is a bit light but they breathe a bit better than US MOPP gear.

Let me tell you first this is a British mm 1v smock size height 180 cm 71 inch Breast 100 cm 39 inch I want to say this verily fits me I’m 5”11 Quality I want to say it’s okay some light single stitching it’s hooded jacket 6 color desert . Hopefully I’ll take some beating . I recommend just remember it runs kinda small
