- Outer shell is made of 50% cotton and 50% nylon. The interlining is made of 100% polyester.

EXCELLENT NEW TROUSERS AS DESCRIBED. Really hard to find these in larger sizes to fit over other clothes. This is the best place to buy any surplus. Always top quality and great customer service.
