New, bottom of box says: Case, Medical Instrument and Supply Set, Size B. Made of extremely heavy-duty plastic with water-tight (seals so tight you can here the air leak out when u are opening it) . Has gasket with 6 latches to tighten lid on. Has a carrying handle on each side. OD green with a First Aid Cross on top. Latches are either OD or Black. One of the nicest boxes we have had, these will go fast! Measures approx 9 1/2 inches x 9 inches x 7 inches High.

Very good
Uses as diverse as you can imagine are possible with this case. I don't know how practical it would be for any items(s) that require a watertight seal but it appears okay for use otherwise.
