    Good straps

Ordered 2, and seem to be unissued or lightly used. Minimal oxidation on hardware. Even some words still legible on straps.

    Mint condition!

You can never have enough of these straps I ordered six because at this price and other places like eBay and other military stores they're like 20 bucks or higher these arrived and appeared to be New Old stock condition I highly recommend ordering a few before they're gone for good.

I purchased one and then another five other places on the internet one up to $25 for just one. Upon inspection of the straps they appear to be unissued New Old stock at least the ones that I purchased.

    GI SLEEPING BAG CARRYING STRAPS

These straps looked like brand new. Got 2 for camping, one for my fart sack and one for a wool blanket so I can mount them on a LC-2 ruck for hiking in and camping

    SLEEPING BAG CARRYING STRAPS

Took a while to figure out how to get it on. This is much better for my cowboy bedroll than the rope it had. Aside from its utility, I learned some history about web gear across time.

    More than I needed

Posted by Pablo Torres on Dec 8th 2020

It's a fine piece of equipment. Old, used, but still plenty tough. Thing is, unless you have the rest of the gear that goes with it, like the harness/backpack, etc. then you don't need or use all the strapping that goes with it. Two regular surplus straps can do the trick, or simple paracord. I took a gamble on this one. I'm keeping it. But, it's got more webbing and whatnots than I can put to use, therefore it's needlessly heavy for my needs. Still, I like it and might find some use for it someday. PS- I had to find videos to see how it was put together.

Looks brand new - have ordered three more for our other mountain bags. These folks have good stuff.
