Giant burlap sack!
This was better than I couldve hoped for. I used 2 of them for our Krampus photos at our store and people absolutely loved being able to get in Krampus sack to be carted away in their photos

Sack was GIANT
Sack was giant and burlap, as described. Shipping was expensive, but ultimately, worth the price to fit an adult man in it, as desired.
