This is a heavy duty set of equipment for mounting a USGI mosquito net to a USGI cot. It will give years of use. The assembly was delivered wrapped in kraft paper and some preservative. There was some shelf wear that was easily removed. The mosquito net is tied to the rings on the top bar of the assembly. Putting it together was simple .
