Original GI M63 Mount Side Plate Trigger Container

The M63 Antiaircraft mount for the Browning M2 .50 cal machine gun was introduced during WWI and continued to be used for decades.  This is the container for the slide plate trigger.

The container mounts to the left side plate of the M2 receiver and transfers the trigger release from the mount hand grips to the gun.
