To blow up the pillow, please pull out the red stem, then proceed to blow air into the red stem. It will fill one chamber up first and then it will slowly fill all 3 of them. After pillow is blown up please push in the red stem to hold the air.

This will come in handy during camping season. Deflated, it takes up no room in a pack. Now I need to find a square pillowcase for it.
