The service flag, also known as blue star flag is 12 inch x 18 inch embroidered stars, with gold fringe on the bottom. Mounted on a crossbar with gold cord & tassels.Made from Nylon. The flag is authorized to be flown during any period of war or hostilities in which the Armed Forces of the United States may be engaged, for the duration of such period of war or hostilities.
