Washed a few times by hand, let dry outside, smell a lot better. I sealed the seams with silicone after mixing it with mineral spirits. Don’t know if it was necessary but I had the time and material leftover from an unrelated project.

look big, but fit nicely..tough, work well...smell like limburger cheese :) Not quite a stinky as the large bags put still quite pungent. Wash them out 3 or 4 times with dish detergent and let air dry each time outside.

Excellent NOS quality pack liners. Perfect addition to my Alice pack project. Finally found a quality military surplus site for all my bush craft needs. I look forward to many more purchases.

These liners seem big, but they are actually just right… place them in the pockets before you load them and you’ll still have enough bag left over to wrap and tie it shut (to keep water out). Not only does this keep your stuff dry, it also makes your pack float!
