Trip wire GI issue 1 each. Wooden spool has 4 rolls of wire 2 are yellow for fall colors and 2 are olive drab color for pine trees or grass. I carry a spool of this wire in My Survival or Tool Kit and on my 4-Wheeler and Jeep. Very handy all-purpose wire for emergency repairs etc. Spool measures 1 3/8 in. diameter by 2 ¾ in. tall Each complete unit has about 150 ft of wire. Wood spools may have chips in them.

Excellent, sturdy, flexible wire for many redneck repairs. Thin, somewhat stiff wire is great for cleaning out carburetor passages. Will bend many times before breaking, so have wire cutters handy (watch yourself and bystanders around that springy wire though!) I'm sure the spool itself is useful to the handyman as well.
