A very nice helmet. Rear seam

This is a good helmet I bought this one to use with a Vintage Vietnam cover I picked up a while back. It’s a good helmet. Had some rust damage but nothing major. This one came with the 1970s chin straps too so I was happy about that. I figure without looking up the lot number is probably WWII retrofitted for Korea or Korean War 1952. I got a liner for this at another place so now Vietnam helmet is complete. Thanks guys for another great deal.

I've bought 3 or 4 of these. Add a liner and you have a piece of history. If you're looking for a little fun fixing one up buy one. I guarantee you'll buy more like I did!

I was honestly surprised how great the condition was of the rear seamed helmet I received. There was barely any rust especially at such an affordable price. It also came with original chinstraps attached, but they were very worn. I am very pleased with my purchase.

great helmet for its price. i have ordered 3 so far .2 were vietnam issue and the other was korean war..........i love these helmets and the condition they are in....i will be buying more in the future.

Very pleased with this WWII helmet. Fits nicely over a liner. It also came with a chin strap that snaps into place. My 9 yr old son gets a lot of use out of this Helmet he can wear over his great grandfathers WWII liner. My son also bought canvas leggings they work well. We will definitely make future purchases with Army Surplus Warehouse.
