Arctic Canteen and Cover
Received mine in brand new condition, in the the Army-issue box, sealed. No issues whatsoever. For those unfamiliar, the cap does not screw on like other GI canteens. It's a "stopper." So even if that is cracked, the canteen functions.

Canteen Arctic
They shipped really fast and the description said there would be minor cracks in the lid but mine did not have any cracks. They look to me like they are old stock that was never used. I could see a slight dryness to the rubber seal mouthpiece at the top but a little cooking oil softened it right back up. I took them in an overnight ultra race in -20f and they worked like a charm. Exactly what I bought them for

Great product.
Really nice canteen.

New in the box
It is pure genius. Doubled wall stainless steel. No plastic lining in the interior. Removable rubber neck piece so one can put the canteen over a heat source to melt ice in the canteen. Rubber neck provided protection from the metal neck and one’s mouth when drinking from the canteen. Attached plastic cap is a push fit so it does not freeze shut on the canteen and can not be lost.
No modern made double walled metal bottle comes close to this canteen. (I own a lot of those water bottles. This is the one!)
Get the cover and the cup that it all nests in. Fits on any mollie system or belt. -
Great deal
I have ordered four Canteens so far and all have come sealed in original cardboard box. "Wyott 80" stamped. Canteen covers in excellent shape. The rubber/plastic closure systems have been in great shape, but I have been able to use wood wine stops as a plug for a very retro look. Will probably order a few more along with the cups as they represent an exceptional value.

Cool Arctic Canteen
Overall very great service, and good canteen. The only complaint I have is that a part of the canteen was rusted when I opened the box, and some of the rust had "dripped" to one side. However, I can always clean it. The canteen itself is NOS and came sealed in the original cardboard box.

Arctic Canteen
Very pleased with this product. The canteen I received from Army Surplus Warehouse looked like brand-new, or at least never been used. These canteens are double-walled like a Thermos with air space in between the inner and outer shells to insulate and keep tea, etc., warm. I once got the same canteen from a different store and the exterior shell was so badly dented in so many places that it had lost much of its insulative ability. Long-time Army Surplus Warehouse customer and have always been happy with the items and service I've gotten.

ARCTIC CANTEEN AND COVER
The description warned that the cap might have a crack. Mine is solid. The canteen came in a tighly sealed grungy box. No rust or other stains on the metal. The mouth gasket has a tiny amount of white degraded rubber. The cover had some shelf wear and is otherwise sound.
