Genuine Military Issue White camouflage snow parka is a light weight outer shell. You can wear over your heavier warm clothing, has hood with draw string. Parka has snap front, draw string waist and bottom. Parka has slits on side that look like pockets with flap that snaps to keep out snow and cold. These are handy because it allows you to reach into pockets of pants or coat worn underneath parka without taking it off. New but has discoloration from wet cardboard. White camouflage snow parka are a great seller for duck or goose hunting in winter.
