Women's Utility Wool Slacks Size 20

These were lovely unlined wool slacks with side buttons however, they are by no means a size 20! I was looking for wool pants exactly like this (although navy would have been better) for a while to no avail. When I found these I was so excited. And a great price also! When they came I tried them on and could barely get them past me knees. I normally wear an 18 but was willing to work with a 20. These are more like a size 12-14. They are also very high waisted. I am passing them on to a smaller friend as it's not worth shipping back. Be advised...SIZE IS INCORRECT!
